A: Lauderdale Tile is becoming part of
Aquabella Tile.
Q: WHAT WILL BE THE SAME?
A: The team, products, prices, location, and order process will remain the same. Because the owner of Lauderdale Tile and Aquabella Tile are one and the same, you will not see any changes in the operations or quality of customer service we strive to provide you.
Q: HOW IS THIS CHANGE GOING TO BENEFITS US?
A: As part of Aquabella, you will have access to a broader selection of products. Also, because Aquabella has multiple offices across the US, you will have access to a larger inventory of products and can transfer products from other branches as needed.
Q: WHEN IS THIS CHANGE GOING TO HAPPEN?
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE A BALANCE TO PAY?
A: Effective immediately all NEW ORDERS will be invoiced by Aquabella USA, LLC. The balance you currently have, if any, will still need to be paid to Lauderdale Tile. Once that balance is paid completely, you will no longer receive any invoices or statements from Lauderdale Tile. If you do not currently have a balance with Lauderdale Tile, your future billing will be done through Aquabella USA, LLC.
Q: WHERE DO WE SEND PAYMENTS?
A: Payments to Lauderdale Tile still need to be sent to our offices in Port Saint Lucie, FL. All payments to Aquabella USA will need to be sent to our Houston Offices (see addresses below).
Q: WILL YOUR EMAILS CHANGE?
A: The e-mail addresses of Lauderdale Tile team members will be transferred to a new system. They will look like this: john.doe@aquabellatile.com We will forward all emails from Lauderdale Tile to new Aquabella Tile email addresses. Please add our new Aquabella Tile email addresses to your contact list. If you email the old Lauderdale Tile email address by mistake, we will still receive and reply to your email but please transition to the new Aquabella Tile email address as soon as possible.
